Join in for an afternoon of coffee inspired desserts and an interactive baking class with Smita Sharan of Flour Butter Sugar Bakery at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters. You will learn how to bake a delicious pear, coffee & walnut tarte tatin, a heavenly hazelnut mocha cake with chocolate caramel sauce, and a blueberry lemon coffee cake. Drool! All participants are encouraged to pair one of Blue Tokai’s single estate coffees with their favorite dessert. The cost of the Flour Butter Sugar workshop includes a cup of coffee and take away desserts.
