3.  Mobile number provided during registration will be treated as unique number and individual holding that particular mobile number have to be present at the counter to avail 50% discount offer EsselWorld Bird Park ticket.
4. EsselWorld Leisure Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the loss of ticket and neither refund/cancelled nor issue of duplicate ticket be made against in any case.
5. The management recommends leaving unnecessary articles in vehicle and EsselWorld Leisure Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible for loss of any valuables, mishap or any other damages.
6. The management reserves the right to withdraw this scheme/ticket/offer without giving prior notice.

9. Misuse of e-ticket constitutes fraud and warrants legal action.
