- Tickets must be redeemed on the same day; partial usage or carry-forward is not allowed.

- Student Pass holders must present a valid school or college ID at entry.
- Identity verification may be required for select offers (e.g., Couple Pass, BOGO deals).
Zone Access and Play Guidelines
- Each game zone has its own set of rules and suitability based on age and safety.
- One bowling game includes 10 frames per person.
- VR and console gaming may have waiting times, especially on weekends.
