Course 1:Rainbow cake with 2 different decorations.

Course 2: Red velvet cake & Fresh Fruit cake with different frostings / icing

Course 3: Chocolate Truffle cake with different garnishes and mirror glaze.

Course 4: Hazelnut Praline, Customised cartoon cake

Course 5: Naked cake, Cookie crumb cake with full blue decoration. Garnishes like

Feather, shards leaf, sticks, how to make Message slabs will be taught.
