This workshop is going to discuss all things related to body positivity and self love, hoping to motivate all participants to start their own journey. This is going to be a safe space for all of us to interact and share our journeys as well and learn.

Things the workshop will discuss:

• Body image and their history
• Insecurities and how they arise
• Body image issues and their relationship with us
• Insecurities and body image issues; a life long toxic cycle promoted by society in multiple ways.
• Societal conditioning and its implications
• Body positivity; myths, misconceptions, actual understanding
• Body positivity v/s body neutrality
• Self love and its actual meaning
• Small steps to help break the toxic cycle and start/strengthen your body positivity & self love journey.

All you need is a notebook if you want to take down pointers, an open mind and heart.
