NAMASTE,
I'm Dr. Suhasa G, certified yoga instructor, in 'Yaana Yoga Academy', Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, & am also an organizer of our online yoga classes named as 'YOGAAVADHI', wherein we utilize MANTRA, ASANA, MUDRA, PRANAYAMA, & DHARANA.
>Daily (Monday to Friday) we organize:-
- TWO 1-hr sessions (@5AM & @6.45AM) in morning
- ONE 1-hr session (@5PM) in evening
- These sessions, with my online-LIVE demonstration synced with an audio to play the selected Sanskrit Compositions, with each & every step said clearly in ENGLISH (in KANNADA whenever required) language.
In our classes, WE PRACTICE::
--DAILY GITA NAMASKARA.
--SIMULTANEOUS NADI-SHUDDI-&-BHRAMARI-PRANAYAMA.
--BEING "STABLE" & "COMFORTABLE" IN:-
-YOGASANA, ALONG WITH:-
-AN ORIGINAL FORM OF
BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA,
-A CONVENIENT-&-ADAPTABLE-SHAMBHAVI MUDRA,
&
-SANSKRIT COMPOSITIONS TO FOCUS OUR SENSES & TO REGULATE THE BREATH.
--SHAVASANA IN BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA & SHAMBHAVI MUDRA.
--DHARANA BY SHRAVANA.
**********We utilize "two yogasanas" in every session along with continuous practice of “BOTH” Bhramari Pranayama & Shambhavi Mudra (using the double-sided-gum-tape, that is placed on the bhrumadhya/upper-tip of nose (for freshers/beginners), OR the closed-eyes-version of Shambhavi Mudra (for those experienced)) in these yogasanas.
**********These Yogasanas along with Bhramari Pranayama & Shambhavi Mudra are adapted by focusing our senses, by focusing our ears to Sanskrit-based-Shlokas/Songs & syncing the time duration of our Inhalation-Makaara-Chanting & Exhalation-Makaara-Chanting to time duration of as many words or as many lines in these Sanskrit-based-compositions.
**********After staying in two-complementary-yogasanas, as said above, for the scheduled time duration (if any body pain while being in the final posture, or involuntary-OR-voluntary-tightening of the muscles while being in the final posture, it is suggested to RELAX-&-ONCE-AGAIN-ADAPT-THE-FINAL-POSTURE, & TO-REPEAT-THIS-SEQUENCE until the scheduled time duration gets completed), Shavasana is adapted by practicing “BOTH” Bhramari Pranayama & Shambhavi Mudra(with closed eyes).
The above said yoga practices helps to PREVENT as well as to HEAL / GET CURED from acquired diseases like:
