About the Event

Picking a career has always been difficult but with the right resources & guidance, you can make the process easier for students from government schools. Mayjis Foundation is looking to provide career guidance to high school students from government schools in Bangalore. You can help the foundation by contributing to their career guidance document, covering diverse professions, which will be used once schools reopen.

How can volunteers help?:

Volunteers are required to research and put together information on various professions based on a 'Career Guidance Document' format which will be shared. Volunteers can select a profession from a list provided and gather data on it. Once volunteers have signed up, a representative from the Mayji's Foundation team will reach out to provide further details on the volunteering opportunity.

Things to keep in mind:

Volunteers must

  • have access to a desktop/laptop with stable Internet
  • be comfortable doing basic research online
  • be comfortable reading & writing in English

Time commitment needed by the Volunteer:

4 hours per week for 5 weeks
