Q: What is the timeline to receive the Membership Box? 
A: The Membership box containing the scarf, season ticket card, and limited edition polo based on the type of membership purchased will be sent to the registered address 3 days prior to the commencement of the first Home game. Members have the option to pick up the box from the club offices by writing to membership@bengalurufc.com upon which the team will get in touch with the member to coordinate the pickup of the box. 

Q: What is the Size Chart for the Club Limited Edition Polo? 
A: Polo size once confirmed at the time of purchase of the membership cannot be changed. Please refer to the size chart below

Q: Can i change my address after it's been entered? 
A: Unfortunately, once an address has been entered, it cannot be changed. Please ensure that you provide the correct address.

Q: How can a Replacement card be made available? 
A: Members who have lost their card can write to membership@bengalurufc.com upon verification the member will be issued a new card and a complimentary ticket will be issued for that particular game if the new card isn’t issued by then. The new card can be collected from the box office on the day of the match. The cost of the replacement card is ₹300.

Q: Can the Membership be Upgraded? 
A: Membership once purchased cannot be upgraded. Fans are required to purchase a new membership. 

Q: Can the same email address be used to purchase multiple memberships? 
A: Purchase of membership is limited to one email address. The purchase of secondary membership must be done using a different email address. 

Q: What are the stands allocated for Platinum Membership? 
A: Platinum membership comes with an exclusive Member Lounge with a dedicated entry in the West Platinum Stand of the stadium. Snacks and Beverages, shared hospitality with players who are not part of the matchday squad, and access to other stands in the stadium (West Block A, East Upper A & B, East Lower A, VIP B, VIP C, North Upper) are available as part of the Platinum Membership. 

Q: How many members get to avail of the All Expense Paid Trip for an Away Game? 
A: Two Lucky Members will travel on the day of the match for an away game, and fly back the following day. The bookings for the trip, with regards to flight tickets, hotel bookings and two VVIP match tickets will be made by the club. The selection of these members will be from the Platinum and Gold West Block A membership categories.

Q: How does a member avail tickets for away matches? 
A: Members who travel to away matches of the group stage will be given complimentary tickets in the away stand for that particular match with prior intimation to the club about their travel. 

Q: Are discounts available for all the categories of membership on club merchandise? 
A: Yes, all the categories of Membership come with a 10% discount on club merchandise this is limited to the purchase of Replicas, Scarves, Caps & Polos on eshop.bengalurufc.com. The discounted value of the product will be available once the member signs in with the member-registered email address used at the time of Membership purchase. 

Q: What are the Parking Benefits at the stadium? 
A: Parking will be free for Platinum and Gold Members at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, subject to Govt Regulations and permissions on the day of the match and on a first-come-first-serve basis by showing the season ticket card. Prior information about the parking facilities will be intimated to the members before the game if there are any changes. 

Q: What category of membership comes with a dedicated entry to the stands? 
A: Member Box & West Block A in the Gold Membership Category will have dedicated entry to the stadium. Member Box can be accessed through Gate 2 and West Block A (Gold Membership) can be accessed through Gate 4A. 

Q: Are match worn kits guaranteed to every member? 
A: Match Worn Kits will be given to four lucky members from the Platinum and Gold Membership categories.

Q: Will all members get access to training facilities? 
A: All categories of members will be allowed to watch a training session. Members will be intimated a week in advance before the training session. 

Q: What are the Member Specific Events with the first team staff? 
A: Members-curated meet & greet, member-centric events will be organized aligning with the First Team calendar and the availability of the players. Further information on this will be provided a week in advance to the members. 

Q: How can a member watch a game from the Owners Box? 
A: Select lucky members along with their +1 will be allowed to watch a particular game from the JSW Box in the VVIP section for five select home games during the season. These games will be at the club’s discretion and non-transferable. 

Q: How can a member avail benefit with HISL Fan Engagement activities and Club Sponsors? 
A: Members will be first preference to feature in HISL shoots and fan engagement activities from the League, and will be given benefits from club sponsors as and when confirmed.
