Andharban is covered with dense forests, the green floor of flatlands, waterfalls descending and river crossing. All this is so surreal, we’re sure that it’s going to exile you to a movie scene. The type of movie scene where laughter is real, the experience is real and so is the creation around the people in that scene! Andharban will do this to you.
It’s going to open its gates to you to a land where nature agrees to retire all year long. Filled with scintillating views of the Kundalini valley, Ghira dam and mountain ranges of Tamhini ghat!
A trek to descend rather ascend. It’s time to have a stunning weekend and explore something new altogether!
Hikerwolf has become a character of a lot of travel journeys and one thing that we’re sure of is that we deliver happiness. With each trip and adventure, we’ve seen shining smiles and an overdose of laughter packed with wistful memories.
We based our foundation in 2016, and since then we have been spreading the warmth of happiness and bringing people closer with the outer family. Hikerwolf organizes corporate trips, treks, camping events, holiday trips, college industrial visits and other adventure, and travel events.

10:30 pm: Meet at Pritam Hotel, near Dadar station(east)
10:45 pm: Departure from Dadar
11:00 pm: Pick up from Amar Mahal, Ghatkopar.
11:15 pm: Pick up from Vashi old toll Naka, Vashi.
Day 1:
06:00 am: Reach base village, have breakfast and freshen up.
07:00 am: Reach Pimpri dam i.e. the start points of our trek.
07:30 am: After a short introduction and instruction session we will commence our trek.
11:30 am: Have lunch at Hirdi village
12:30 pm: Resume our trek
03:30 pm: Reach Bhira dam i.e. the endpoint of our trek.
04:00 pm: Enjoy evening snacks at Bhira village.
05:00 pm: Return back to Mumbai.
09:00pm: Approx. we will reach Mumbai.
The night before the big day!!!
We will start our journey to the mystical land of Andharban at 10:45 pm sharp from Dadar station (Pritam Hotel) and our further meeting points will be Ghatkopar (Amar mahal) and Vashi (Vashi toll Naka)
Day 1:
We will be reaching our base village early morning.
There we will savor traditional breakfast while enjoying a 360°view of mountains and cloudy peaks with hot tea/coffee. After that, we will adjourn towards the Pimpri dam: a beautiful dam and a mesmerizing preview for our journey further. Just picture the view from the peak! That’s going to motivate you to climb further till you are at the top of the peak.
Here, we will have a small instruction and introduction session followed by lots of photography.
Around 7:00 am we will start trekking. The most exciting and unique component here is that it’s a descending trek and nothing like any other trek.
Because its a jungle, the trek is through a dense, deep and dark forest. The fascinating thing here is a 13 km long trek along jungle so thick and beautiful, you surely will have a rare experience.
After traversing through the possibly rainy forest, it’s time to shut our stomachs from growling like an old engine. Around 11:30 am we will have our appetizing food at Hirdi village: A medium-sized populated village colonized by welcoming and fun-loving citizens who have opted for a natural lifestyle.
12:30 pm: It’s time to again discover the roots of this dark deep forest, as we will follow the music of insects, birds, and the waterfall as they together create a symphony of nature. En route, we would witness the alluring beauty of places like Ghangad, Tailbaila, Sarasgad, Plus valley, Tamhini ghat, Kundalika valley, and few mesmerizing waterfalls.
Andharban jungle’s irresistible beauty will definitely make you pen down your poetry and stories about the dreamy journey to the land of neverland.
We together will dance and sing and play and splash in the falls. Explore this natural beauty along with charming views of the Bhira dam. We will retire our descending trek around 3:30 pm.
With the views of this amazing dam, we will have our breakfast at Bhira village: lush greenery spread across the waterfalls sprinkling joy. It will be the endpoint of our trek.
With lots of clicks and flashbacks of the jungle, we will return back to Mumbai around 5:00 pm and try to reach Mumbai by 9:00 pm.
• Water bottle (minimum 2 ltr)
• 1 extra pair of clothes and rainwear
• Carry all your luggage in a shoulder bag/rucksack

Note: Do not carry any valuables. Please take care of it in case you are carrying the same. We will not be responsible if you lose them by any chance.

Of course, you can, we always have people joining solo and they go back home making many new friends.
2. How and when will your team coordinate with me?
We make a WhatsApp group of all the participants, besides, one day before the event and share all the necessary details in it.
3. How do I join if I am from Pune?
If you’re from Pune, kindly meet us at Dadar.
4. When will I get tour details of Andharban Trek?
Usually, the final tour details such as things to carry, contact details of leaders, meeting details and the Do’s & don’ts will be communicated via WhatsApp within 1 or 2 days prior to the trip.
5. Are smoking and drinking allowed?
No, Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.
6. I’ve never trekked before, can I come?
Of course, we get first-time trekkers all the time and they end up having the time of their life with us.
