After 10 years, if anyone would ask me about Himachal I would reply and say the snow, that beautiful white layer in contrast to the green.
The atmosphere, how loosening it feels,
How privileged am I that I’m part of this,
How everything has a purpose in that scene.
The way everything on the hills is mine and I’m truly theirs- After 10 years I would feel and respond saying I felt nature!

Dear Diary
, Today’s the first day of my trip to Shimla Manali and I couldn’t be more than excited. I am finally going to one of my dream destinations. We hope you have packed your enthusiasm and warm socks for the most amazing trip. At late night we will reach Ambala Cantt and further continue our journey to Shimla via road. We will reach Shimla in the early morning. Shimla is every traveler’s ghetto and HikerWolf would be more than happy to accompany you to this journey.
We’ll have meet and greet session here to be familiar with other travelers along with us.

We’ll reach Shimla by morning and check- in the hotel, have breakfast, freshen up and get ready to explore nearby places. Wait for the exciting journey ahead😍 Start your early morning with yummy breakfast and we’ll head towards excursion to Kufri.
The name Kufri came from the word ‘kufr’ meaning ‘a lake’ in the local language. Famous for the beautiful and cool refreshing atmosphere that pervades it. Panoramic view of the surrounding verdant valleys and snow-capped peaks will just make your day. Here we are going to visit the place exactly mentioned in the Ramayana where Hanuman Ji rested while he was searching for Sanjeevani booti and that place is the Jakhoo temple. This temple is situated on a hill and the view of this place is bliss! Hold on just not this, we also have some more places in our pockets; Mall road-one of the busiest and a commercial area of Shimla, at the same time the place boasts of the other exciting attractions that it houses, such as the Scandal Point, Kali Bari temple, Kakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church. It would not be an overstatement to say that any person would love to lose himself here for a few hours, to admire the charisma and rustic appeal of this place.
Day 2:
We’ll pack our bags with all the Shimla memories, souvenirs, and warm clothes to leave for Manali.
‘It was this place, A place called Manali which made a wanderer like me free. Free from all the shackles of burden and boredom of real life. I was free in Manali and my soul will always drag me here when the burden freshens and boredom would find its way.
’ Lush green mountains and a sky full of stars is all the therapy you’ll need. Here we’ll camp and cherish every moment spend out in the wild. We’ll set up a bonfire and relax under the natural roof of twinkles above us. To accompany us, we’ll have an airy atmosphere and some ghost stories. That’s the HikerWolf tradition, lots of fun, sing-alongs, games and in the background, all the greenery of the world.
Day 3:
We’ll make sure that your last breakfast in Shimla is the one that you remember. After having amazing breakfast, we’ll deport to Manali. But before that, two exciting places are waiting for our arrival just on the way to Manali. One of the places is a huge dam taming the feisty flow of the mountain river Beas, famously known as the Pandoh dam. You can feast your eyes upon the lovely water birds into the greenish-blue waters of the dam. Its an ideal place for the bird watchers to find exotic migratory species taking refuge in the reservoir.
This is where all the fun begins, we’ll river raft today. And trust us, the high-adrenaline sport of navigating the roaring river of Beas will be the highlight of the trip. River rafting is one of the most anticipated and popular sports and if it’s in Kullu then count me in. Did you know that White water rafts were originally made out of wood? No wonder it was called an extreme sport. Thank god, that’s not the case anymore. The rafting activity will be managed and organized by good hands. And for those newbies who want to raft, are you in for a treat? We promise that this activity will be the one that you all will laugh about it in the future.
The next stop is the perfect duo; Manali-Kullu. Also known as ‘Valley of Gods’. Let’s head towards the sister town to Manali. What should we say about this place? It’s the town whose pictures amaze us, just imagine how beautiful this place must be in reality?🙈😍 Scenic views, Deodar jungles, rivers, and apple orchards have attracted several features and filmmakers too! Kullu was earlier known as Kulanthpitha, meaning ‘the ending point of the inhabitable world’. The beautiful valley is also mentioned in epics like Ramayana, Mahabharata and Vishnu Purana.
After enjoying this picturesque town and thrilling river rafting, we will be visiting the world-famous Pashmina shawl factory, shopping in Kullu is a must. The colorful stalls and antiques hanging around will make you fall for their strokes. Next is best is not only famous for religious beliefs but it’s the picturesque location. A very peaceful place to relax and adore the beautiful green mountains surrounding this place! Traveling with the same peace and smile on your face heading towards one of a dreamy paradise. Nestled between the mountains, one of the most popular hill stations.

Day 4:
A favorite spot for every adventurous enthusiast! Hint-there is a wide range of activities and adventure sports here, where you can really challenge the daredevil in you. 🤭 Conquer the sky and behold the beauty of nature as you soar through the air, with unmatched views in all directions. Solang valley is famous for being the ultimate paragliding site in Himachal Pradesh. How can we miss this? Enjoy Paragliding experience enhanced by blissful views of Manali. Also, it’s not just another skiing paradise, but a lot more than that when it comes to the unique experiences it offers. So, irrespective of whether you’re an adventure junkie or a calm nature admirer, this is the best place.
It is the Solang valley! Mind the 14 km journey from Manali but we promise it will be worth once we reach Solang valley. For this, we must leave early so that we don’t miss anything rather enjoy and spend the best time here. The most entertaining time spent here with our team will always be on your best days list. After refreshing ourselves, we’ll head back and have scrumptious dinner with some fun activities and enjoy the last night in Manali.
Day 5:
We’ll check-out early morning post breakfast from Manali to reach Ambala Cantt. And say goodbye to this dreamy paradise on Earth. That’s the thing about traveling, you can’t up the whole place with you, but you end catching a piece of it forever. Shimla-Manali will construct a place for itself in your hearts and stay like that. HikeWolf will be more than honored to see those faces filled with a sense of joy and satisfaction after the trip. HikerWolf will definitely make your vacation a great one.
