Please go through the below terms and conditions carefully:

FOR LIVESTREAM CONCERT (on YouTube) ONLY:

1. The stream link will be shared 10 -15 minutes prior to the show on the same Email ID through which booking was made. Please note that it has to be a Gmail ID with which you access your YouTube account since livestream will be accessible on the same Gmail ID only. Please check all your Gmail inboxes for the link.

2. Please log in 10 minutes before the showtime to be able to view the full live concert.

3. Recording or Uploading of the show/stream is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of headphones/hi-end speaker system is recommended to enjoy the concert.

5. The time and date of the show may vary due to Internet/electrical connectivity issues. In this case, the artist will share the revised date and time at the earliest.

6. Please ensure the working of your internet connection prior to the show. In case your individual connection is not optimal, we would not be responsible.

7. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling. The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.

8. One ticket includes access given to only one screen to view the live stream.

FOR LIVESTREAM CONCERT + AFTER SHOW HANGOUT:

In addition to above terms and conditions, kindly read the additional terms and conditions below:

1. The 'Hangout will start 10 - 15 minutes after ending the live concert on YouTube.

2. Audio controls of ticket holders lie with the organizer. We may disable audio controls of users to avoid background disturbances.

3. It is mandatory for you to keep your video ON during the show. If the video is off despite our request, we will take you off the call.

4. Please keep your audio ON during the show. Only go mute if there is background noise at your end. Please avoid taking calls during the show as it will disturb everyone.

5. The tentative time of the hangout will be around 40 mins after the concert.
