1. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.

2. This is a standing event according to their respective categories.

3. Children 8 and above age will require a ticket. Due to the musical event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion. If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

4. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you is not shared with any other third-party 

5. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.

6. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.

Paytm Insider or Organiser will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed. 

If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show proof of purchase, if fail to provide the required evidence, no entry will be allowed.

7. If anyone is found disturbing the audience, breaking the properties/Barricades, or any behaviour which the organiser, security, or Police officials they shall sent from the venue and barred permanently from attending any shows in the future along with the will damage claim in accordance with the damage done.

8. Assumption of Risk : The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.

9. Changes to Event: The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice. 

10. Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

11. Tobacco, Alcohol or Any other Drugs is strictly prohibited.
