·       Ticket issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the event organizers and the venue management. 

·       Ticket is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be offered for resale. 

·       Ticket is subject to exchange with entry wristband at the counter.

·       Entry is only allowed through the wrist band and due to security reasons, re-entry is not allowed.

·       The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers. 

·       The organizer shall reserve the right to security frisk at the entry, your cooperation is required.

· Firearms, sharp objects, inflammable material, cameras, bottles, cans, and tins are not allowed inside the venue. 

·       No food and beverages are allowed to take inside the venue. 

·       Use of audio or video equipment is strictly prohibited. 

·       No audio and video recording is allowed during the event.

·       Consumption, possession and sale of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances are strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

·       No bags are allowed inside the venue.

·       No Cigarettes are allowed to carry inside the venue.

·       No colour from outside is allowed.

·       Organizers shall not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or any injury during the event. 

·       The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

·       The event timing may change without prior intimation, should any unforeseen circumstances occur.

·       The organizers and the venue management shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by unauthorized or reproduced copies of the ticket. 

·       In case of the event is cancelled unilaterally, the organizer s or venue partner or the authorized persons involved in the event shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever. 

·       Any person resulting in any illegal behaviour or conduct shall be ‘asked to leave the venue’ without any refund and without prejudice to organizers` other legal rights, can be reported to the police and necessary legal action shall be undertaken, if required.

·       Kindly ensure that the ticket holders know all rules as stated by the venue management.

·       Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

·       We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
