Like every year Nature Halt is going to organize Holi celebration At Bidhyang​ in Kalimpong district, West Bengal. It is located on the bank of Relli River. Bidhyang is gradually gaining popularity among the tourists for its unique location and picturesque landscape with surrounding forests and grasslands. Moreover, Bidhyang is an ideal tourist place for spending a day or two in sparkling weather watching birds and angling. It is home to a huge population of migratory and residential birds.

15th March 2022: Departure from Kolkata.

16th March 2022: Pick up from NJP railway station/ Bagdogra Airport will have some refreshment near Sevok and Heading towards Bidhyang (4 hrs drive), our port of destination for this Holi festival. Welcome drink on arrival, followed by lunch. Bidhyang is well known for Fishing. Enthusiast person can go to the Relli river for the activity at post lunch. At Evening, members are requested to come at one place during Tea session. Bonfire with Barbecue will be arranged for all the members. Dinner will be served at 9 pm. Overnight stay at respective Cottages.

17th March 2022: Our activity will start at 5:30 am in the morning. A small hike to the top of the nearest hill (30-40 min), to witness the sunrise. Visit the century old Hanging bridge. After Breakfast (8:00 am) Holi, festival of colour, will commence (9:00 am). During this period Organic Abir, Local wine) will be supplied to the guest.  After the Holi guests might go to the river cautiously for bath. Lunch will start from 1 pm. Evening is free for guest to spent some quality time with their dearest and nearest ones at the calm & quite Valley. Dinner at 9 pm.

18th March 2022: After breakfast, check out from Bidhyang and start for another exited segment of our festival. Rishyap. Rishyap is the highest village of Kalimpong District, which is about 8,500 ft. We will reach Rishyap before lunch. The evening is free. Dinner at 9pm. Overnight at beautiful Rishyap.

19th March 2022: After breakfast/Lunch we will start our journey towards NJP railway station / Bagdogra airport. Keeping a fine essence of this year’s festival and promising ourselves to meet again on next year we will terminate our journey at NJP railway station / Bagdogra airport. 

Inclusions:

16th March: Pick up from NJP railway station / Bagdogra airport by Sumo/Bolero. Cottage accommodations, Refreshment at Sevok,Lunch at Bidhyang valley. Barbecue, Dinner.

17th March: Hiking, Breakfast. Organic Abir, Local wines (1 unit per person) during Holi celebration. Lunch, Dinner.

18th March: Breakfast at Bidhyang Valley. Transportation for Rishyap, accommodations at Rishyap. Lunch and dinner at Rishyap.

19th March: Breakfast / Lunch at Rishyap. Transportation to NJP railway station / Bagdogra airport.

Documents Required:

· 04 Photocopy of ID proof (Voter Identity Card / Valid Passport only) of each person.

· 02 copies of passport size photographs.

· 1 copy of Full Covid vaccination certificate (At the time of confirmation)

Payment Terms

We need 50% of the quoted price within 02 Working days after receiving our tentative Blocking Confirmation mail. After receiving 50% Payment of Quoted Price in our A/C, we will generate Service Confirmation Voucher. Balance Amount should be credited in our A/C before 15 Days of Guests Arrival.

1. Double sharing Accommodations: INR 9000/head 

2. Triple or four bedded shearing cottage rooms: INR 8000/head

Child Policy

1. Below 3 years free
2. 3-8 years INR 4000
3. 8 years and above full charge.

GST: 5% extra.

 Cancellation policy

Date of booking –Booking day – 45days – communication charges of Rs. 2000.00 per person /As per actual.

45 -11 Days prior to departure  --   50% of total tour cost.

10 Days prior to departure or No show  -- 100% of total tour cost.
