ITINERARY for Holi Pool Party By Mischief Treks

Meeting Point: Holi Pool Party Venue

1 Day prior to the event date and time, we will be creating a WhatsApp group for coordination purposes. Exact GPS locations will be shared in the group along with contact details for coordinating at meeting point.

Day 1 - 24th March 2024

• The gates to all the fun and "Masti" will open at 3 pm. You can reach the venue at 3 pm or any time after that.
• We shall go to the pool and chill for a while or you may choose to relax for sometime in your rooms.
• Once we are back from pool, some exciting games are lined up to win exciting prizes
• Approx around 8pm "Holika-Dahan" - "Pooja"
• By 8.30 - it's time to Party! Music, Dance, Fun
• Around 10.00 pm: Dinner
• You can enjoy at the pool side till 12 am.
• The night is still young so live it up.

Day 2 - 25th March 2024

• 08:00 am - Wake Up Call for Tea. Have a bath or go jump in the pool, choose wisely.
• (don't miss out on the pool party)
• 09:00 am - Breakfast.
• 09.30 am - Let's play Holi and did I miss out on mentioning the Rain-Dance setup besides the pool.
• 01.00 pm - Lunch will be ready.
• Rest for a while and after evening snacks around 4 pm head back to Mumbai with lots of memories of One of the Best Holi Celebration.

IMPORTANT Note for Holi Event:

• There are general rules to abide by in order to have a fun-filled Holi.
• The hotel/resort staff has the right to take action on any kind of misbehavior. The participant will be expelled from the group/resort if found misbehaving with any other participant.
• All Participants will be responsible for their baggage/valuables. If any loss is done by any participant to themselves/other participants or hotel property, it will be borne by the participant.
• Entering the pool with colors is prohibited. You need to wash up yourself clean before entering the pool.

For any Trek/Adventure event, we need to have your details at least 48 hours prior to the event. We do not allow anyone to the campsite until we have complete and authentic details. This information is crucial in case of an emergency and is a mandatory KYC parameter. After completing the booking instructions mentioned on the website, you will receive a link for the "personal details form" on WhatsApp. Submitting incomplete/incorrect/fake details will invalidate your booking, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

Q: Why is submitting emergency contact details and KYC information mandatory?

A: It's a standard protocol and guideline by the Government of India. We are accountable for every individual present at our campsite or trek, and in case of any unfortunate event, we will be asked by authorities to provide all relevant information. To comply with authorities, we need authentic information from you. Fake/Incomplete information or non-submission of details will invalidate your booking, and no refund will be provided. You will not be allowed to participate in the event.

Q: Does the cancellation/rescheduling policy apply if I book on the event day or last day?

A: Yes, the policy is applicable regardless of the booking date. The cancellation/reschedule policy is applicable to everyone from the date and time of booking. Refunds/rescheduling requests will be processed based on the date and time of cancellation/reschedule request sent to us. The date and time of booking the event are irrelevant.

Q: What is the basis of the cancellation/reschedule policy in case of medical or personal emergencies?

A: The cancellation policy is based on fairness towards participants and the organizing team. In case of a medical/personal emergency, the loss arising from cancellation/reschedule will be borne by the respective person. For instance, if the organizing team faces an emergency and the event gets canceled, the participant will not suffer a financial loss.
