Terms & Condition:-

1. ENTRY & TICKETING

• Entry is allowed only to ticket holders. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• An internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

• Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory for entry.

• Unlawful resale (or attempted resale) of a ticket will lead to its cancellation without refund or compensation.

• Rights of admission are reserved by the organizer.

2. EVENT GUIDELINES

• We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry.

• Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

• The event is open to individuals aged 18+ only.

• Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

4. PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Water balloons and water guns are strictly prohibited.

• Outside colours, food, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed.

• No backpacks, sharp objects, cigarettes, lighters, vapes, weapons, or illegal substances allowed.

• No professional cameras, GoPros, drones, or recording devices permitted.

5. SAFETY & CONDUCT

• Attendees must follow all safety guidelines and cooperate with event staff and security personnel.

• Any misbehaviour, harassment, or violence will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Consumption or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

• The organizer is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages during the event.

6. COLOR POLICY

• Only organic, skin-friendly colours provided by the organizers will be used at the event.

• Attendees should avoid throwing colours directly into others’ eyes, ears, or mouths.

7. WEATHER & EVENT CANCELLATION

• The event will take place rain or shine unless extreme weather conditions arise.

• In case of cancellation, the organizer reserves the right to modify the refund or rescheduling policy.

8. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY

• The event will be recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your images/videos for promotional purposes.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER

• Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or theft.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

• These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
