Learn pro-tips about ice cream making and get the perfectly balanced scoop every single time! How do you make your ice creams creamy rather than icy? How do you prevent quick melting? Learn all this with three very distinct ice cream flavours plus some accompaniments and add-ins.
1. Double chocolate ice cream
2. Frozen yogurt with blackberries swirl
3. Watermelon and raspberry sorbet
4. Topping: Orange and sesame craquant
5. Mix in: Buttered pecans
6. Topping: Nut crunch
This class will last for approximately 3.5 hours. The class makes use of locally available ingredients and equipment, with everything made from scratch.
Shaheen is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Alain Ducasse France, has worked at 3-Michelin starred restaurants in London, has conducted demos at Le Cordon Bleu, has her cookbook called “Paris Picnic Club”, is the former food editor of BBC Good Food India, and has a website called PurpleFoodie.com.
