A: Yes - Indian Sneaker Festival is a kid-friendly, family-friendly festival.

Kids aged 0-10 can enter the festival for free.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Q: What ticketing categories are available at Indian Sneaker Festival 2024?

A: Patrons can avail of GA, Fanpit, VIP tickets. To know all the perks and amenities included with each ticket category.

Q: When will tickets be available till? Can I buy them at the venue?

A:Tickets will be available till inventory lasts prior to the festival dates. We urge you to buy your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Q: Is there a ticket purchasing limit?

A: You can buy up to 10 tickets per person. All ticket categories are subject to availability – so get yours before they sell out!

Q: Will I be able to switch my ticket to a different category?

A:Tickets cannot be upgraded to a different category online. However, we’re happy to provide a ticket upgrade at the venue on the festival days.

Q: Will the tickets be available for sale on any other platform?

A: No, the official tickets will only be available for sale on Insider. We strongly recommend you not to purchase them via any third party to avoid the possibility of counterfeit tickets.

Q: How can I purchase tickets as an international customer?

A: Use the pin/zip code 123456 to digitally make your purchase outside of India. Collect your wristbands at the BOX Office on December 20-22nd, 2024. For more queries, write here.

Q: I can't find my Indian Sneaker Festival 2024 booking!

A: After completing your transaction, your booking details will be emailed to you. These tickets will also be listed in your Insider bookings tab in the app/website. If you still can't find your booking, please write to us.

Q: Is there a limit for ticket purchases?

A: Ages 0-10 can enter the festival for free.

Kids aged 10+ and older need to buy a GA, Fanpit, VIP ticket that matches the accompanying guardian's ticket category. All kids up to the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian at the festival at all times. Guardians will need to sign a waiver to enter the festival with their child.

Q: What are the ticket policies?

●      All sales are FINAL — no refunds and no exchanges.

●      If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.

●      Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.

●      Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

●      DO NOT remove between days, stretch, or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

●      Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeit wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff.

●      If your wristbands are damaged, please write to us here.

●      We urge you to take care of your wristbands. If you lose your wristbands, no replacements will be provided.

●      There are absolutely no exceptions to this wristband policy.

A: Phone cameras are allowed. Professional cameras are not permitted.

Q: What is the venue type?

A: No, this is an open-air concert festival.

Q: Is this a seated show?

A: No, the festival will be a walk-in standing concert experience. Limited seating options will be available for GA, Fanpit, VIP Ticket holders.

Q: Will there be food available at the venue?

A: Yes, the Food Park has a multi-cuisine menu specialty curated for the festival that will be available for purchase. Outside food or beverage is strictly not permitted at the venue.

Q: Is smoking allowed at the show?

A: Only in designated areas. Patrons are encouraged to dispose of their cigarette waste responsibly using the bins/pouches provided.

Q: Is there an all-area-access ticket with an artist meet & greet?

A: There are no all-area-access passes or meet & greets available. Perks & privileges on special category tickets are mentioned in the ticket descriptions.

Q: Do you have lockers for rent?

A: There will be no lockers at the event. We suggest against carrying items that are expensive/valuable or need stowing away like travel bags or bulky objects.

Q: Does the festival have any official merchandise?

A: Official merchandise will be announced soon. Keep an eye out!

Q: Do I need to be vaccinated to get into the venue?

A: All attendees will be required to follow COVID-19 protocols mandated by local governments.

By buying tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of double vaccination status, and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test results.

Q: What happens if the event is canceled?

A: You'll be notified in advance via email & phone, with an option to claim a refund or carry it forward for a future date (if rescheduled). Lineups are subject to change in the event of cancellation.

Q: Is the festival wheelchair friendly? Does the festival provide wheelchairs?

A: While we do not provide wheelchairs for our festival attendees, one will be provided in case of an on-ground medical emergency. The festival is wheelchair-friendly and our crew will be happy to assist anyone with special needs. For more queries, write to us here..

Q: What medical assistance will be available at the event?

A: For your health & safety, a fully equipped medical emergency team will be available throughout the three days of the festival. If you have specific health conditions, such as heart problems, please consult your doctor before attending the event.

Q: What items are allowed/prohibited at the festival?

Q: Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?

A: Regular-sized backpacks or small single-compartment bags – like sling bags, handbags, tote bags, etc. – are allowed.

Please avoid carrying large backpacks with multiple compartments.

Bags measuring between 10 cm x 17 cm & 40 cm x 20 cm will be subjected to baggage scanning.

Bags measuring smaller than 10 cm x 5 cm (4" x 2") will be checked by hand.
