• The first visit includes a compulsory 15-minute safety briefing.
• Customers are not allowed in the climbing arena without a paid ticket.
• One adult can supervise a maximum of 2 children below 13.
• The equipment rental set includes a climbing harness and climbing shoes (bring your own socks or purchase them at the venue). The price of adult socks is Rs.180 and child socks is Rs. 150.
• Children below the age of 13 must be supervised in the climbing area.
