1. Right of admission is reserved at the discretion of FSDL and JSW Bengaluru FC Pvt Ltd.
2. The ticket must be produced at appropriate entry points and on demand by any authorised official 
3. Entry into the stadium and demarcated areas will not be allowed to persons under the influence of alcohol or in possession of cans, glass objects, alcohol or alcoholic beverages, weapons, flares, fireworks, smoke bombs, hooters, horns, any object or clothing containing political or commercial identification. 
4. Where admission is refused or the ticket holder is evicted from the stadium and/ or demarcated areas, no refund should be paid. 
5. The playing field shall be out of bounds at all times on the day of the match to which this ticket refers 
6. The ticket holder shall not behave in a disruptive manner, endanger the safety of other persons in the stadium and/or demarcated areas and shall not unreasonably obstruct the viewing of other spectators. Foul, abusive or any discriminatory language (whether on the grounds of race, religion or otherwise), unruly language, unruly or threatening behaviour, entry onto the field of play or the throwing or projecting of any article within the stands, on the field of play or otherwise in the Stadium will not be tolerated at the Stadium before, during or after the Match. 
7. The ticket holder shall not engage in any form of "ambush marketing" and shall not breach or infringe the rights of any sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters or other parties commercially associated with the match, nor conduct unauthorised promotions or other commercial activity. 
8. The use of tickets as a prize, lottery, or competition without prior written consent of the management is expressly prohibited. 
9. The ticket holder shall not be entitled to sell, donate, transfer or in any way give this ticket to any person or entity for commercial gain. 
10. Management shall subject to these terms and conditions use the best efforts to ensure that the ticket holder is given full and undisturbed use of the seat. It reserves the right to substitute the seat with another at its discretion. 
11. In the event of the postponement/abandonment of the match this ticket may be valid or be substituted for a valid one and the communication for the same will be conveyed to the fans through emails, SMS and social media posts. Refunds will be applicable only in the event of non-commencement of the match and no other refunds will apply to the ticket holders. 
12. Ticket holder shall not express or carry out in any form discriminatory ideas or acts either in the stadium or the demarcated areas. 
13 . Management, officials, servants and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage whosoever caused to the ticketholder failure to observe and abide by these terms and conditions shall constitute a breach of contract and may result injunction from the stadium. 
14. Seating arrangement for the stands is free-seated, and there will be no assigned seats and any available seat in the stands on a first-come, first-served basis
