Q: Where is the Mashal Box located? 
A: The newly added category of Platinum Membership is a dedicated Member Lounge - along with the already existing Member Box. The Mashal Box is behind the player dugout on the upper tier of the stand, with a dedicated entry on the East Side of the Stadium. This stand comes with hospitality. 

Q: What is the timeline to receive the Membership Box? 
A: The Membership box containing the merchandise, season ticket card, and limited-edition polo based on the type of membership purchased will be sent to the registered address one week prior to the commencement of the first League game. Members have the option to pick up the box from the club offices by writing to membership@bengalurufc.com upon which the team will get in touch with the member to coordinate the pickup of the box. 

Q: What is the Size Chart for the Club Limited Edition Polo? 
A: Polo size once confirmed at the time of purchase of the membership cannot be changed. Please refer to the size chart below

Q: How can a Replacement card be made available? 
A: Members who have lost their card can write to membership@bengalurufc.com, upon verification, the member will be issued a new card, and a complimentary ticket will be issued for the next home game (if the new card cannot be issued by then). The new card can be collected from the Box Office on the day of the match. The cost of the replacement card is ₹300/-.

 

Q: Can the Membership be Upgraded? 
A: Membership once purchased cannot be upgraded. Fans are required to purchase a new membership. 

Q: Can the same email address be used to purchase multiple memberships? 
A: The BFC Official Membership is limited to one email address per purchase. The purchase of a secondary membership must be done using a different email address. 

Q: How many members get to avail of the All Expense Paid Trip for an Away Game? 
A: Two Lucky Members will travel on the day of the match for an away game and fly back the following day. The trip's bookings, regarding flight tickets, hotel bookings and two VVIP match tickets will be made by the club. The selection of these members will be from the Platinum Membership categories.

Q: How does a member avail tickets for away matches? 
A: Members who travel to away matches of the group stage of the League will receive preference on complimentary match tickets in the away stand upon prior intimation to the club about their travel. Please note that these tickets are made available at the discretion at the club. 

Q: Are discounts available for all the categories of membership on club merchandise? 
A: Yes, all the categories of Membership come with a 10% discount on club merchandise. This is limited to the purchase of club merchandise (including replicas) on eshop.bengalurufc.com. The discounted value of the product will be available once the member signs in with the member- registered email address used at the time of membership purchase. 

Q: What are the Parking Benefits at the stadium? 
A: Parking will be free for Platinum and Gold Members at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, subject to Govt Regulations and permissions on the day of the match and on a first-come-first- serve basis. This can be done only by showing the season ticket card and is limited to one vehicle per card. Prior information about the parking facilities will be given to the members before the game, if there are any changes. 

Q: What category of membership comes with a dedicated entry to the stands? 
A: Member Box, Mashal Box in the Platinum Membership and West Block A in the Gold Membership Category will have dedicated entry to the stadium. The Platinum Member Box can be accessed through Gate 2, Gold West Block A through Gate 4A, and Platinum Mashal Box through Gate 9. 

Q: Are match worn kits guaranteed to every member? 
A: Match Worn Kits will be given to four lucky members each from the Platinum Mashal Membership, Platinum Members Box Membership and Gold West Block Membership categories.

Q: Will all members get access to training facilities and First Team Interaction? 
A: Members Only First Team Interaction and Exclusive Access to Open Training are for Gold and Platinum (Mashal and Members Box) Members. 

Q: What are the Member Specific Events with the first team staff? 
A: Members-curated Meet and Greet, member-centric events will be organized aligning with the First Team calendar and the availability of the players. 

Q: How can a member watch a game from the Owners Box? 
A: Select lucky members along with their +1 will be allowed to watch a particular game from the JSW Box in the VVIP section for five select home games during the season. These games will be at the club’s discretion and are non-transferable. 

Q: How can a member avail benefit with HISL Fan Engagement activities and Club Sponsors? 
A: Members will be given first preference to feature in ISL shoots and fan engagement activities from the League and will be given benefits from club sponsors and partners as and when confirmed.
