About the Event

Learn Iyengar Yoga and how to practice regularly by themselves, with techniques and asanas to relax.


You will be taught how to practice yoga when one doesn't have time to attend/ travel to classes regularly.


While following the class please keep in mind:

Do's-

-Atleast 1 & 1/2 to 2 hrs gap after food intake. If snack then at least an hour's gap before starting the class.

-Wear appropriate clothing.

-Isolate yourself for the period of whole class so you can concentrate.

-Things required - yoga mat (optional), blanket (thick), wall and window near you.


Don'ts

-Drink water in-between class

-Talk. There will be QnA in the end for 15 mins. Or email me.


P.S

Injuries due to accidents, sprain, operations, muscle tear should be informed earlier.
