·     Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

·     An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

·     There is no seating arrangement available. It is only standing arrangement and You will get the place based on "First Come First Serve" under both GA/FANPIT arena.

·     Student category tickets are only applicable for Students aging from 13 to 20. Valid College/School ID is required for a student ticket entry at JINGLE LAND. Please bring the valid ID while arriving the venue.

·     Single Ticket is valid for only 1 person at JINGLE LAND. Please carry a government ID proof while arriving at the event. Applicable Age Group is “21 and above”

·     Buddy/Couple Ticket is valid for 2 people at JINGLE LAND. Please carry a government ID proof while arriving at the event. Applicable Age Group is “21 and above”

·     Group of 4 ticket is valid for a group of 4 people at JINGLE LAND. Please carry a government ID proof while arriving at the event. Applicable Age Group is “21 and above”

·     GENERAL/GA category ticket is applicable only for GENERAL ARENA entry. If purchased a GENERAL/GA category ticket, you are not allowed to enter Fan pit area.

·     No one is allowed over the stage or backstage until called or asked for a specific reason.

·     Any kind of drugs consumption will not be permitted at the venue premises. If found, disciplinary action will be taken against the person.

·     Organizers have all the rights to refuse entry and take a disciplinary action against anyone creating a nuisance.

·     We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

·     Gates will open at 3 PM on 15th February,2025.

·     It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

·     Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

·     Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

·     Rights of admission reserved.

·     Organizers won`t be responsible of your personal belongings. Please carry it safely.

·     Any other charges applicable e.g. food stalls or flea stalls etc. are exclusive of the ticket purchased.

·     CCTV under surveillance for the activity tracker.
