Kalaripayyat is the ancient form of martial arts with vigorous movements practiced in South India.

Kalari mixed with Yoga is a transformative practice that is challenging, energetic, ideal for weight loss, to increase stamina and flexibility.

Workshop conducted by Internationally Certified Trainers from Sivananda Yoga ashram and Yoga Alliance International.

Artist Information

Sindhu Sanjeev: Influenced by my Guru, teachers, peers and environment I aim to bring a sense of empowerment to each of my sessions. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that they step off from my class/session feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. I teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the student experience for themselves through careful planning. My classes are always challenging physically and mentally so that they blossom and glow from within. After 13 years of IT experience in Corporates like Intel, Nokia, I quit to follow my passion to live a yogic lifestyle and lead my classes in a way that reflects my purpose.
