Outdoor adventure activity and camping hub, located in Kanva Lake backwaters, Ramanagar. It has got, all the three types of activities you can enjoy here.

Once you enter the premises you will feel as if you have entered the lap of Mother Nature. Kanva Lake area is around 1920 acres, and 15 km long built in 1946. It is trusted to be Asia’s first automatic open and close gate dam constructed by Sir M Visveswaraya during his ruling era as 19th Diwan of Mysore. Sir Mokshagundam Visveswaraya, whose birthday i.e. 15th September is celebrated as Engineer’s Day in India. His purpose of constructing Kanva Dam was to help the farmers with irrigation, and now it is one of the very popular Tourism destinations near Bangalore, in Karnataka.

The property is involved in Day Outings, Corporate Team Outings, Institutional Outings, Family Outings, Birthday Parties, Bachelor Parties, Overnight Stays, and more. We have facilities to accommodate 500 plus at a time.

Terms & Conditions

1. Camping providers in our resort are usually equipped with standard amenities.
2. All facilities are to be used only between check-in and check-out timings as per reservations.
3. Management will not hold any responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or accidents in any areas of the resort. For any damages caused to the property during your stay will be asked to pay the resort directly. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian, all the time.
4. We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins.
5. Without the Adventure crew, please do not try any adventure activity. Activities are all single attempts only.
6. If it rains / windy or even due to technical issues activities may delay or stop due to safety reasons.
7. No Exclusivity is assured as there may be other guests availing the same facility at the same time.
8. Guest can enjoy their time by playing music on their mobile phones but not via speakers, Playing loud music may disturb other guests.
9. Food will be available only at the scheduled times.
10. Food prepared for lunch and dinner is not permitted to be used as starters for drinks or any other purpose than for lunch and dinner.
11. Starters or any items that are there in buffet lunch, Dinner, Snacks, and Breakfast should not be taken outside the restaurant and it’s strictly not served for boozing. If customers are taking plates outside the dining hall or boozing, strict action will be taken from the management.
12. Required Starters can be ordered on an ala carte basis, standard prices will be applicable.
13. Alcohol is allowed only in the permitted areas. Strictly prohibited in the common areas like the Well, dining hall, reception, game stations, multi-utility hall, and rain dance.
14. The Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM the following day. Loud or offensive noises during quiet time (i.e., loud music, parties are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
15. After consuming alcohol guests are not allowed to use the Well jumping and they cannot take part in any of the adventure activities.
16. Please maintain some decency / self-standards inside our premises. If someone is found misbehaving with anyone on the property, immediate action will be taken, and we may ask them to leave the premises without any refund.
17. Please don't throw the bottles and unwanted things in the lake.
18. Guests should not walk with wet clothes and swimsuits in the dining area and public areas.
