ELIGIBILITY TO ATTEND KASHISH 2024:

• ONLY 18 years and above can attend the festival.
• Registration is a MUST to attend the festival

REGISTRATION CAN BE DONE FOR:

• Full Festival Pass (for all the days of the festival, valid for all the venues)
• Day Pass (selected day/s of your choice during the festival, valid for all the venues)

ONCE REGISTERED:

• The Festival Pass cannot be cancelled or changed.
• The Festival Pass is non-transferable.
• No refunds permitted. 

FESTIVAL DATES:

From Wednesday, May 15 through Sunday, May 19, 2024

FESTIVAL VENUES: 

• Liberty Cinema (Marine Lines) from May 15 - 19, 2024.
• Alliance Française de Bombay (Marine Lines) from May 16 - 19, 2024.
• Cinepolis Cinema (Andheri West) from May 17 - 18, 2024.

SHOW TIMINGS:

The three venues will have KASHISH screenings as per the timings mentioned below,

At Liberty Cinema:

On May 15th - Begins at 6.30 PM and Ends at 11.30 PM

On rest of the days - Begins at 9.30 AM and Ends at 11.30 PM

At Alliance Française de Bombay:

On May 16th to May 18th - Begins at 10.30 AM and Ends at 7.30 PM

On May 19th - Begins at 10.30 AM and Ends at 6.30 PM

No KASHISH screenings on Wednesday.

At Cinepolis Cinema:

On May 17th to May 18th - Begins at 9.30 AM and Ends at 11.30 PM

No KASHISH screenings on any other dates.

WHO CAN ATTEND:

Access to all the THREE venues is allowed ONLY to:

• Pre-registered Delegates with a valid Festival Pass, and
• They should be of 18 YEARS OR ABOVE on May 15, 2024. Advised to carry a photo ID and age proof for verification.

HOW TO GET A FESTIVAL PASS:

Festival Pass can be obtained through

• ONLINE REGISTRATION on Paytm Insider here

Carry your ID / age proof to collect the delegate pass at the venue you have opted in the online form.

For Card Collection timings please check the information ahead.  

• SPOT REGISTRATION by manually filling out the Delegate Registration Form available ONLY at Liberty Cinema or Cinepolis Cinema during the festival dates. For timings please check the information ahead. 

VARIOUS PASSES ON OFFER:

A Hard copy of the Festival Catalog will be available only to those who register for FULL-FESTIVAL PASS in any of the categories below. DAY PASS holders will not get a hard copy of the catalog.

An Online Festival Catalog will be available a week before the festival.

Different options are available, please read through carefully and select the best suitable option:

(a) FULL- FESTIVAL PASS – INR 1700

• Available for general delegates.
• Valid for ALL days and all the THREE venues of the festival.
• Access to all the film screenings and allied events, including opening and closing night ceremonies.
• Entitled for Hard Copy of the Festival Catalog.

(b) FULL- FESTIVAL PASS (ONLY for for Students, Senior Citizens and Alliance Française de Bombay (AFB) Members) – INR 1200

• Available for Students, Senior Citizens and Alliance Française de Bombay (AFB) Members.

Bonafide Students studying in a college/ institute who are 18 and above with a valid Student ID for 2024, Senior Citizens (60 years and above), and AFB members with an active membership card.

• Valid for ALL days and all the THREE venues of the festival.
• Access to all the film screenings and allied events, including opening and closing night ceremonies.
• Entitled for Hard Copy of the Festival Catalog.
• No discount offered in absence of a valid ID for student / senior citizen / AFB member.

NOTE: AFB registered students with a valid ID for 2024 and AFB members with active membership

get free entry ONLY for the screenings at Alliance Française de Bombay. To attend the films screenings at Liberty Cinema or Cinepolis Cinema they must register for the Discounted Full-Festival Pass.

(c) FULL- FESTIVAL PASS (ONLY for Trans persons) – INR 1000 

• Full-Festival Pass available for Trans* identifying persons.
• Valid for ALL days and all the THREE venues of the festival.
• Access to all the film screenings and allied events, including opening and closing night ceremonies.
• Entitled for Hard Copy of the Festival Catalog. 

(d) SINGLE DAY PASS – INR 600 

• Available for anyone. No discounts applicable.
• Valid for any ONE DAY of your choice and all the THREE venues of the festival. Pick the day you want to attend in the drop down menu.
• Access to all the film screenings and allied events ONLY on that particular day. .

COLLECTION OF YOUR FESTIVAL CARD:

You have to choose where you want to collect your festival pass from the drop down menu.

ONCE YOU HAVE SELECTED, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT YOUR PASS FROM THE OTHER VENUE.

So think carefully, plan smartly, and choose wisely.

Festival passes can be collected ONLY at Liberty Cinema or Cinepolis Cinema during these dates and timings:

At Liberty Cinema (Marine Lines):

On Tuesday, May 14th & Wednesday, May 15th – between 2.00 PM to 9.30 PM

On Thursday, May 16th, Friday May 17th & Saturday May 18th – between 8.30 AM to 9.30 PM

On Sunday, May 19th – between 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM

At Cinepolis Cinema (Andheri West):

On Friday May 17th & Saturday 18th – between 9.00 AM to 9.30 PM

Vaccination certificates, and if necessary ID/ age proof, have to be shown at the counter while collecting your pass.

SPOT REGISTRATIONS: 

For those who are unable to book online, there will be a facility to register at Liberty Cinema & Cinepolis Cinema.

at Liberty Cinema you can pay by cash, credit/debit card or GPay/Paytm

At Cinepolis you can pay ONLY through GPay/Paytm

Spot Registrations can be done ONLY at Liberty Cinema or Cinepolis Cinema during these dates and timings:

May 11th to May 15th between 2.00 PM to 9.30 PM

SEATING IN THE AUDITORIUM: 

Your Delegate Pass does NOT guarantee seating which is strictly on a First Come, First Served basis.

Please arrive 30 min before a program to ensure you are seated well in time. 

General Terms & Conditions

• Registration fee is towards obtaining the Delegate Pass.
• Age Limit: 18+.
• Registrations once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
• Vaccination certificates, and if necessary ID proof, have to be shown at the counter while collecting your pass.
• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
• Once registered no refunds are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• Venue-specific rules apply.
