Kidding ME! is all about embracing fun, creativity, and the magic of childhood, while nurturing mindfulness in young minds. Each session is designed not only to spark joy and learning but also to help kids develop emotional awareness, focus, and inner calm.

We believe that art and mindfulness together form a universal language that bridges learning, laughter, and self-awareness. Through engaging activities like crafting colorful masterpieces, diving into imaginative play, and practicing everyday mindfulness techniques, kids can express themselves fully while learning valuable life skills. Our workshops are curated to inspire kids to think outside the box, collaborate with others, and most importantly, find balance and joy in every moment.

What Sets Us Apart:

We equip children with practical tools to help them navigate and combat modern-day challenges such as anxiety and stress, digital overload and lack of focus, emotional regulation and self-control, social comparison and low self-esteem, sleep problems, peer pressure and bullying, as well as the effects of over-scheduling and lack of downtime.

(Each session consists of an art activity for 1 hour 10 mins + 20 mins of mindfulness)

Activities(1 activity per 1 class):

* Mandala Colouring: A relaxing activity where kids colour intricate mandala patterns fostering focus and calm while encouraging creativity.

* Fabric Painting: Kids can unleash their artistic talents by designing and painting their own patterns on fabric creating unique wearable art.

* Candle Making: A hands-on activity where kids learn how to make their own candles perfect for sensory engagement while also creating something they can take home.

* Fireless Cooking: A fun introduction to culinary arts where kids get to create simple delicious dishes without needing to use a stove or oven—teaching them the joy of food preparation in a safe environment.

* Paper Quilling: This creative craft involves using strips of coloured paper to roll shape and glue into beautiful designs helping kids improve fine motor skills and patience.

* Nature Connect: A nature-inspired activity where kids engage with the environment through crafts or exploratory activities that promote a deeper connection with nature.

* Play Time: Structured and free-play games designed to boost energy develop teamwork and enhance social skills in a fun light-hearted setting.

* Exhibition Day: A mini-showcase where kids can proudly display their creations boosting their confidence and allowing them to share their creative journey with others.

Everyday Mindfulness Session:

* Mindfulness Tools: Engage in simple meditations like body scans and visualizations along with simple journaling exercises that foster gratitude and focus.

* Sing-Along: Join in soothing heart medicine and love songs that bring calm connection and joy to everyone.

* Days: Tuesday and Thursday

* Timings:

   * Batch 1 (3-7 year olds): 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

   * Batch 2 (7-11 year olds): 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Pricing:

Full Workshop: ₹7,000 for 7 classes + 1 Exhibition Day

Individual Activity: ₹1200 for 1 class
