FAQs
1.Who is this bootcamp for?
This is a bootcamp for anyone with an interest in developing and honing their screenwriting abilities. While it is aimed at people who have had experience with writing, often getting the larger perspective of how screenwriting works, examples from cinema, and real world tips and techniques can benefit even those who are just starting out.
2.How will this help me in my career?
The Kommune creator masterclass series are designed to be practical learning modules for creative arts. They are built on a stellar five point approach to learning that includes core skill development, practice and task based application, peer learning and presentation of skills.
3.Why should I do this course?
This bootcamp has seen great success in the previous edition where we saw a writer (participant of this workshop) get the opportunity to be in a writers room with Imtiaz Ali. Kommune is at the centre of the creator ecosystem and while we don’t guarantee any placements through this module, there are lots of networking and mentoring possibilities that organically come out of doing a Kommune masterclass.
4. Can I do this if I’m a beginner and just starting out?
Absolutely! As long as you have an interest in developing your writing abilities seriously this workshop is for you.
