Once upon a time, The Storytellers blew your mind away with some incredible performances on the Kommune stage. Now's your chance to be a raconteur yourself!
After their bestselling first edition, that was full of fascinating stories from some of Mumbai's budding debut Storytellers, Kommune is back with its second edition of Story Slam!
Regale your tales of adventure and misadventure, of love, loss and everything in between to a live audience. The top two stories of the day will be featured on the Storytellers’ Facebook page and YouTube channels; and get a chance to narrate their stories to an online audience of almost 2 lakh people.
2) The time limit is 5 minutes. Any story over and above this limit will be disqualified.
3) The theme for this session is Second Chances. When was the last time you gave something in your life a second chance? A failed relationship, a bad job interview, a poor career choice, an important deadline? When was the last time you reached a dead end and decided to try again? When was the last time you gave up on someone or something and decided to try again? All story submissions should strictly adhere to the theme.
4) To send submissions, attach a screenshot of your Insider ticket and send the title and the description of your story in two lines to team@kommuneity.co.in. You can also drop your entry directly on the day of the event at the venue. (It is recommended you do so online because the events usually sell out).
5) There are prizes worth a total of 5k for the winners, which will be decided by the judges on the day of the event.
