Instructions for Participants: Koottam Concert

  - Please arrive at the concert venue (Loyola School Indoor Stadium) by 6:30 PM to allow time for registration and check-in.

  - The concert will begin promptly at 7 PM, so please be seated by that time.

2. Check-In and Entry:

  - Have your digital or printed ticket ready for check-in at the entrance.

  - If you are a gifted ticket recipient, please mention this at the check-in desk.

3. Parking and Transportation:

  - Parking is available near the venue. Follow signage for designated parking areas.

  - Consider carpooling or using public transportation to reduce traffic and environmental impact.

4. Health and Safety Measures:

  - Please follow any health and safety guidelines provided at the event.

5. Respectful Conduct:

  - Be courteous to other attendees, staff, and performers.

  - Refrain from loud conversations and keep your phone on silent mode during the performance.

6. Photography and Recording:
