MentorSpace workshop on Land your First job in the IT Industry- Unlock Your Potential! is going to be a 3 hour long workshop spread over 3 sessions addressing the most important aspects to land your first job. Every session will end with a clear list of action points and a framework from industry experts followed by a weeks time for the participant to put it in action. This will be followed by a review in the next session and steps ahead.

WHO SHOULD ENROL

Students pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree. We highly recommend students in the initial years of study to take up this workshop as they would have a few years to hone their skills and build a strong profile. Freshers trying to stand out from the competition and land their first job.

Konrad Fernandez

A business professional with over two decades of cross functional experience in Strategy, Project Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Leadership Development, and Consulting. He has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, delivered large scale projects, and managed diverse teams in several leadership roles at companies like Wipro, Sify Technologies, and Hexaware among others. As a consultant and leadership coach, Konrad has designed transformational programs, facilitated interventions for, and coached, thousands of professionals globally.
