About

Le Cordon Blue Patisserie presents a three-day patisserie workshop at the iconic Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. Here’s an opportunity to learn from the best chefs in the industry and master the techniques under their experienced and watchful eyes. During your four-night stay in Paris, enjoy a 'Behind the scenes’ tour of some of the renowned patisseries in Paris as part of the workshop. Each participant will be awarded a personalized Le Cordon Bleu Certificate of Participation, an apron, a tea towel, a hat and a cooler bag by Le Cordon Bleu.


Enjoy the beautiful sights of Paris with food as you fall in love with the cruise on the River Seine & experience the spellbinding effect of Eiffel Tower.

Itinerary

10th September: Bienvenue a Paris (Welcome to Paris)
Make your own flight arrangements or we can help you with the same.
On arrival you will be met by the driver holding a placard and transfer you to your hotel.
Enjoy a city tour of Paris including a cruise on Seine.
Overnight at Hotel Adagio or similar

11th September: Paris
Enjoy a breakfast at the hotel.
This morning we will set out to go behind the scenes some of the most iconic Patisseries of Paris. Enjoy mingling with the chefs and know more about their specialities. (3 hours tour)

2 pm - 8 pm Macaron and Entremet Workshop at Le Cordon Bleu
Chocolate and black currant macaroon
"Mogador": Chocolate and raspberry entremet, chocolate decoration
Overnight at Hotel Adagio or similar

12th September: Paris
Enjoy a breakfast at the hotel.
We will give you a list of stores where you can go shopping for baking
supplies on your own.

2 pm - 8 pm Sweets Workshop at Le Cordon Bleu
Moulded chocolate candies
Caramel and lemon or strawberry candies
Honey nougat
Overnight at Hotel Adagio or similar

13th September: Paris
Enjoy a breakfast at the hotel.
This morning take a (OPTIONAL) trip to Chantilly to see the castle and also enjoy a demonstration of the famous Chantilly Cream. This is not included in the main price and will cost EUR 105 per person extra.

2 pm - 8 pm Choux Pastries & Sugarwork Workshop at Le Cordon Bleu

14th September: Depart
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport for your flight back home. (Let us know if you would like to extend your trip, we have some wonderful ideas for you!)
