Colored Pencils are an excellent medium to render realistic drawings because of their ability to layer, blend and create smooth paint-like results. They are also apt for adding the finest of details. Since this is a dry medium, it requires minimum materials!

This is a beginner-friendly workshop where you will learn the basic techniques used in realistic colored pencil drawings, the importance of light and shadow, layering, and burnishing with pencils. We will draw a realistic red chili and understand all the above techniques.

• Coloured Pencils set of 24 or a bigger set preferred
• Paper suitable for colored pencils (above 160 gsm)
• HB Pencil, Eraser, Ruler, Sharpener
• White Gel Pen/Craft Knife (Optional)
• A softcopy of the reference photo, which will be emailed in advance
