We at Casa Del Cheese are super super excited to announce this first Cheesemaking Masterclass in Mumbai scheduled on Saturday 24th August at our premise itself. It will be followed by tasting of some of our in-house cheeses on a platter with fruits, salad, with artisan bread and a few condiments. We will show you two of our favourite cheeses. Gouda and Morning Mist (a cream cheese or quark cheese made from whole milk) .

It will be a fun afternoon-evening where you will get to immerse yourself completely into the world of cheese!! Observe how milk gets magically transformed into cheese, enjoy a lovely cheese platter with some of our in-house cheeses. And take small samples of our fresh cheese home with you.

This is an introductory offer since its our very first workshop.

1) Learn to Pasteurize raw Milk

2) Cheesemaking process broken down

3) Make wonderful quark style cheese and coat it with herbs and spices

4) Learn to make a hard and melty gouda cheese 

5) Learn to make an exciting dish using the fresh cheese

6) Enjoy a Cheese tasting and sampling of some of our top in house cheeses along with some artisan bread, fruits, salad and condiments
