If you find yourself constantly worrying about the future or regretting the past, a lesson on Mindfulness will help you get grounded in the present. Mindfulness helps us in putting our attention in the moment and accepting it unconditionally. This online session will help you find out how mindful are you and teach you some simple practices and techniques to help you be aware and awake in each moment. Program will cover the following:
- Find out how mindful are you
- Mindfulness practices
- SNACK concept
- Accepting self, others and life
About the Host:
Hamsaz Wadhwani is the Founder & CEO of The 7th Fold, a boutique firm that works with organisations and individuals in the areas of HR, Coaching and Wellbeing. Hamsaz has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Bristol, UK. She is a certified Executive Coach and a practicing Psychotherapist. Hamsaz has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Business Management, HR & Mental Health. In her last stint she was the Head of HR at DCB Bank.
