We’re getting on board a few of our friends to offer their finest delicacies and give you a chance to experience passionate cooking and a range of cuisines, all under one roof.

On June 23rd we’ll be open for lunch and dinner and the 24th we’ll be open for dinner only. Lunch reservations start at 12:30pm and dinner reservations start at 8:00pm for both nights.
Born and raised in Mumbai, Divesh Aswani spent the first 17 years of his life, eating only vegetarian food, watching cookery shows and dreaming of opening his own restaurant. He then moved to Sydney, enrolled at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute to hone his skills and began cooking throughout Australia. Upon graduating from LCB, Divesh worked in the kitchens of Hayman Island Resort and Kazbah before landing at Glass Brassiere, Hilton Sydney in 2011.
