Hard Rock Cafe Mumbai brings in the heavy with a vicious line-up of the metal elite of India. The stage will be set on fire with bands like Shock Therapy, Primitiv and Darkrypt.

Shock Therapy is a 3 piece Slam Brutal Death Grind act hailing from Hyderabad,India. With various influences from genres like Brutal Death, Slam Groove and Grindcore the band tries to combine the elements required to give their own compositions an aura reflecting its lyrical themes based on the vicious and abnormal behavious of mankind.

Primitiv was conceived when Riju Dasgupta and Rajarshi Bhattacharyya (formerly bandmates in Albatross and Workshop) wanted to start a new project together; which was so extremely old school that it was primitive. What started out as a joke has today become an explosive live act that has gigged across India and has garnered a loyal fanbase in a small amount of time. The current lineup includes Nitin Rajan (Sledge, Morticide), Kiron Kumar (Hellwind, Colossus) and Pushkar Joshi (Blood Meridian), in addition to Dasgupta and Bhattacharyya.

Darkrypt - We're a Death Metal band from Mumbai. Our debut album Delirious Excursion was released on 15th October 2016 via Transcending Obscurity. With the critical aspects of the album being the Scandinavian Death Metal sound, the album also features a few collaborations including vocals by the legendary Rogue Johansson (song - “Cryptic Illusions”). The lyrics of Delirious Excursion revolve around a psychopath’s personal and psychological journey. The album revolves around his journey as his hate transforms him into a murderer. Each song is a like an event in his personal story and speaks of his transformation.
