A water station becomes a catalyst for an anthology to unfold, inspired by ‘The Water Station’ by Ota Shogo. Seven stories, seven worlds that bring together fictional characters to the water station that becomes a pit stop for tales of agony, hope, revelation, rebellion and all that makes us human. All stories are connected with a fine thread of loss of a place called home. The actors portray people crossing over or guarding unseen borders drawn across a fictional planet chasing a mirage or ‘Sarab’ called hope. This piece is clearly outlandish and unrealistic because where in this world do you find people ripped of their identity and robbed of dignity in search of a safe haven.
