Follow the trail down the mountainside as Leprechauns and other forest spirits take you back into the past... meet the Dancing Nandi, the Mysterious Mango Tree, the proud peacock, and the Wish-Fulfilling Tree - through the words of Mandakini Mathur, Atul Mathur, Hema Subramanian and Devaki Bhujang Gajare!

About the MIST Festival

MIST, the Mumbai International Storytelling Festival will be held in Mumbai on the 13th, 14th and 15th of January 2020, and in the misty hills of Panchgani near Mumbai on the 17th and 18th of January 2020. Oral Storytelling is the oldest and most intimate form of communication between the teller and the listener. Mumbai Storytellers Society, a registered society founded by Ms. Usha Venkatraman along with six like-minded storytellers, aims to revive and nurture this ancient art form in the local community of Mumbai.
