Mithila Painting (Or, Madhubani painting) is a style of Indian painting, practiced in the Mithila region of the Indian subcontinent. This painting is done with a variety of tools, including fingers, twigs, brushes, nib-pens, and matchsticks and using natural dyes and pigments. Pallavi is a Mithila/ Madhubani Artist , Illustrator, Craft Designer & a folk art promoter. 

She is basically from the land of this ancient Art form- Mithila, Bihar.

What You’ll Learn in the Workshop:

• "MachBali" (Fish Women) in traditional Mithila/Madhubani Painting style. 
• Learn in depth about 2 techniques of Mithila Painting- “Kachni” and “Bharni”

• Pigment Colour/CD Markers
• Acrylic Colours
• Handmade Paper
