1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry .

4. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms.

5. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

7. Rights of admission reserved.

8. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

9. Download/save the online ticket which would be scanned at the venue entrance for valid entry. 

10. Each ticket has a 100 INR redeemable value which can used to purchase food items from stalls. The 100 INR coupon should be collected at the entry point. 

11. The food stalls shall be available from 11 AM. Variety of Chaat items, bakery items, cold drinks, ice creams, juices, rolls and wraps, momos etc shall be available to feast upon. 

12. There will be dedicated area for Holi playing(Abir and gulaal will be provided). Individuals are instructed to abide by this strictly and not utilize any other spot of the venue. If any individual is found to misbehave and break this guideline may be forced to leave the event. 

13. There will be mini Tomatina event and a dedicated area shall be demarcated for this. Tomatoes shall be provided. Individuals are instructed to abide by this strictly and not utilize any other spot of the venue. If any individual is found to misbehave and break this guideline may be forced to leave the event. 

14. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

15. No dengerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

16. The sponsors/ performers/ organisers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. Any claim regarding the same would be settled in the courts of Chennai.

17. People in an inabriated state may not be allowed entry.

18. Organisers reserve the right to deny late entry to the event.

19. Venue Rules apply.

20. This is a standing event according to their respective catagories.

21. If anybody is found disturbing the fellow audience and breaking the barricades or causing any damages to the property, he/she may be forced to leave the event.

22. Changes to the event: The organisers reserve the right to withdraw, replace, add, substitute any advertised programs, event timings, seating arrangements and audience capacity without any prior notice.

23. Organisers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations or any other causes beyond the reasonable control.

24. Tobacco, Alcohol and any other drugs are strictly prohibited.
