Distilled in Scotland with sweet grain spirit and fine malt whisky sourced from Speyside and the Highlands, the blend is resplendent with fresh apples, oranges and floral aromas.

About the Restaurant


A concept food service offering home-made North Eastern food, cooked from scratch by Chef Kusuma Juneja. With a menu that changes each week, depending on the mood of the chef, it features the food items that Chef Kusuma grew up eating – Momos, Thukpa, Smoked Pork, Tingmos, Ema Datchi, to name a few.


About the Chef


A loving mother and home cook, Chef Kusuma Juneja has always enjoyed cooking, especially seeing others relish meals prepared by her. Born in Darjeeling and currently living in Delhi, at age 61, together with her daughter, she launched MOOD in 2018.
