   - Tickets are available for purchase online via Paytm Insider - app and website

4. Is there an age restriction for the event?

   - No age restrictions

   - As per your preference

6. Will there be food and beverages available?

   - Yes

7. Can I bring my own food or drinks?

   - No, outside food or drinks are not permitted

8. Is there parking available?

   - Yes

9. Are there accommodations for individuals with disabilities?

   - No

10. What items are prohibited at the event?

   - Outside food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, and any kind of recording equipment is restricted inside the event. 

11. Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?

   - No, the tickets are non-refundable.

13. How do I get updates or notifications about the event?

   - Through WhatsApp and SMS

14. Are there nearby hotels or accommodations for out-of-town attendees?

   - Yes, there are a variety of accommodation options that you can choose from, ranging from hotels to homestays. However, we are not providing any accommodations from our end.  

15. What security measures are in place for the event?

   - We have appointed highly trained security professionals to make sure that the event is a pleasant and safe experience for the attendees. 

16. Can I bring my camera or recording equipment?

   - No DSLRs, point and shoot cameras or any other professional recording equipment are allowed inside the event arena. 

17. Is there a lost and found area at the event?

   - You can enquire about your lost property at the reception/enquiry booth. 

18. Can I bring my children to the event, and is there a childcare service available?

   - We do have a baby care cum feeding room but no nanny service is available. 

19. What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

   - The event area will be fully sanitised before the event, and all direct contact points like entry-booth, washrooms and stalls are equipped with hand sanitizers. Hygiene at the event will be strictly enforced.
