As it's famously said 'A healthy mind resides in healthy body' 'Movement Playground' is a practice that offers everyone a deeper understanding of their bodies while increasing it's mobility range. It will offer an insight into correct alignment and develop Kinesthetic intelligence to improve one's quality of movement. The nuanced strengthening work will work towards developing freedom and find newer possibilities in one's usable range of motion.The classes will identify the existing weakness in the body, that maybe leading to restricted range of motion and correct it by working on localised muscle and joint strengthening. Movement Playground will offer increased body control, improved flexibility, strength and increase joint mobility. If you are keen to physically train through a system of self understanding and push your limits by being involved in locomotion movement, animal flow and challenge yourself physically Movement Playground will offer you that space.
