Instructions

There are certain rules and regulations one has to follow to ensure optimum safety and enjoyment at the parks – Bollywood Park Filmcity Mumbai. Following are the rules are to be observed and adhered:



  • All bags, backpacks & personal items may be inspected prior to entering the parks.
  • The management shall not owe any responsibility for lost valuables, mishap or any other damages.
  • Guests are informed that we may photograph /videograph, record or reproduce the images and/or voice during their visit at Bollywood Park. Such photographs/video recordings may be used for promotional purposes for which no payment will be made to any such person.
  • Rights of admission reserved.
  • In case of Credit / Debit Card payments, it is also MANDATORY to carry the same card from which booking was made.
  • Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
  • Prices are standard for Child, Adult or Sr. Citizens.
  • We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
  • Please carry the printout of the voucher along with Government approved Photo ID proof such as (Driver License / PAN Card / Passport etc.) and exchange it for a valid ticket(s) at our parks. 
  • In-case of any dispute, Bollywood Park decision will be final.
  • Smoking, drinking or chewing pan/gutka will not be permitted during the tour.
  • Mobile Phones will have to kept on Silent Mode during the tour.
  • For security reasons, Tourists must ensure that you remain with the group at all times.
  • Maintaining discipline is extremely important especially if shootings are taking place.
  • Any obscene remarks and gesticulations will not be tolerated.
  • Damage caused to any property will lead to penalty charges.
  • You will have to ensure that you are punctual and on time for the tour.
  • The tour will not be delayed for any person.
  • Tourists should avoid littering any location.
  • Photography and videography will be permitted only in certain locations.
  • In case of cancellations by the customer, the money will not be refunded.
  • Violation of the above will lead to your exclusion from the tour.
  • We do not assure live shooting and photo graphs with celebrities during the tour as it completely depends upon their shooting schedule. Studio visit is not allowed from inside.
  • Reschedule and Cancellation is not allowed in case failure to reach the venue on time.
