UMA RAGHURAMAN aka Masterchefmom is a much-awarded food blogger whose blog showcases over a thousand recipes, has received over twenty awards and attracts millions of visitors. She has been the winner of the Living Foodz Epicurean Guild Awards 2020 (Food Microblogger) and the 2017 SAVEUR Blog Awards for Best Food Instagram (Readers’ Choice). NEHA DEEPAK SHAH has spent a large part of her life growing up in Mumbai. With time her culinary passion evolved further and in 2015, she won the title of the First Runner’s up on MasterChef India Season 4 (Star Plus) Neha studied Food Science & Technology & after graduating in the year 2010, she started working in Dabur India Ltd. as a Research Scientist in Ghaziabad for two years. Then she started working with International Flavours and Fragrances (IFF) as a Flavorist. There are less than 1000 Flavorist in the whole world. Neha’s passion to cook stems from her passion to eat good food. When she’s not cooking or eating, you’ll find her travelling, clicking or reading. She loves to infuse flavours and techniques that help get the best Indian progressive and fusion recipes. She has an extreme passion for baking and has learnt it from her mom. She is the Co- founder of ‘Meraaki Kitchen’ & Café White Sage in Jaipur. The food in both the restaurants is inspired from her travel experiences. ‘Meraaki’means to put a part of yourself into what you do or to do something with love , passion and creativity and it is definitely a depiction of her love for her work. Her range of cooking varies from cuisines from all over the world and is inspired by her travels and culinary exposure. She recently shot for a cooking show with FoodXP & TravelXP with about 360 super innovative vegetarian dishes.
