·       Liquid, dry or any type of colors will not be allowed from outside. Organic colors will be provided by organizer after Entry.

·       Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

·       No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

·       Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.

·       No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

·       The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Raipur.

·       People in an inebriated / intoxicated state may not be allowed entry.

·       Venue rules apply.

·       Re-entry will be not allowed

·       Parking at your own Risk.

·       Alcohol, tobacco not allowed.

·       Right of admission are reserved with the organizer.

·       Due to unavoidable circumstances if the function gets cancelled, the organizer shall not entertain compensations.

·       Any type of hand bags, plastic bottle, eatables foods, liquor, drugs & arms and ammunition or any other items considered as threat to public is not allowed in the venue.

·       Obey all the security measures.

·       Do not park vehicle on road to avoid traffic disturbances.

·       Buy/ Selling of tickets other than authorized counter at the venue is an offence and will be taken against them.

·       All legal concerns will come under Raipur Jurisdiction.
