venue rules applicable 

1. The organizer reserves the right to conduct bag checks or searches at the entrance or for security purposes.

2. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.

3. The ticket is valid for one /couple/group only and cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Re-entry is not permitted once you have left the venue.

5. The organizer and hotel are not liable for any loss, theft, or injury sustained by the ticket holder during the event.

6. The ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the event organizers and the venue management.

7. The right of admission is reserved by the organizer and hotel.

8. Tickets can only be purchased from the authorized point of sale.

9. Unauthorized copies or reproductions of the ticket will not be accepted, and the organizer, venue, and ticketing company will not be held responsible for any difficulties caused by such copies or reproductions.

10. Parental guidance is advised for explicit content.

12.Room check in 2pm onwards available on 31dec - check out 1jan 12pm

13.Event gates open : 6pm onwards

14.Event timings: 8pm onwards

15.Room will only be booked under the NYE Ticket Holder / Couple’s name

16.ID mandatory

17.No outside Alcohol 

18.All Rooms in the Hotel are Non-Smoking

19. No visitors permitted in the Room.

20. No breakfast included with the new year tickets for 1st jan
