TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.Rights of Admission Reserved at the Organizers sole discretion, even to valid ticket holders.

2.Is this a seated show? - No

3.No return/exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.

4.Lost or damaged ticket(s) would not be entertained unless you booked online with valid ID.

5.The resale of tickets is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.

6.Beware of fake/color photocopies of tickets. Organizers are not responsible if tickets are resold.

7.Outside food, beverages, bottled water, and alcohol will not be permitted at the venue.

8.The organizer reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.

9.Organizers or any of the staff or associates are not liable for theft, injury, damage or losses suffered at or as a result of the event or any part of it.

10.The organizer may use the ticket holder`s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.

11.The Promoter/ Organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to any natural calamities like Flood, weather, dangerous National situations, or any other causes beyond human control in these situations there will be no refund if that occurs within 48 hrs before the event time.

12.The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and audio-visual recording devices.

13.Information is collected from those Booking online in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.

14.TheOrganisers will not be responsible in case of any untoward incidents happening during the event.

15.The Organisers will not be responsible in case of any injury or health related issues of any participant

16.The Organizers will not be responsible for any negative effects caused by the food or drinks served at the venue.

17.The organizer retains the right to claim and collect from the Invitee/Attendee compensation for damages caused, if any, to the hotel premises or its contents, immediately at the venue.

18.The organisers will not be responsible of any consequential liability

19.Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Organizer

20. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

21. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

22. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

23. Its not mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

24. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

25. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

26. Rights of admission reserved

27. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer

28. All your belongings should be taken care on your own. In case of any missing / damage , venue or organiser wont be responsible on such case.

29. Proper dress code applicable.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State
• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.
• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.
• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes
