Instruction rights of admission reserved.

• Vouchers/tickets/ passes/packages once sold will not be canceled, refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
• In case any vouchers/tickets/ passes/packages are found to be tampered/faked, the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry
• The arena for Entry pass and VIP pass will be separated through bands which can be collected at the venue.
• Each ticket admits one person only. A duplicate ticket will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
• Wristbands will be issued as per ticket category post entry into the event. Wristband removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
• No re-entry allowed, wristbands will be cut upon exit
• Event organizers reserve the rights of frisk and restrict entry.
• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside the venue
• Event organizers do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
• The consumption of any prohibited substances is strictly prohibited
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guest; organizers encourage festival guests to drink responsibly and in moderation
• No large bags or backpacks will be permitted inside the event.
• Venue rules apply in addition to the above and supersede the above in case of a conflict.
• To avoid inconvenience, please reach the venue 30 mins prior to entry time.
• First aid will be available at the venue; however, the organizers do not take responsibility for any problems that arise.  
• Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
• Club wearable are must.
• Helpful pointers: Keep yourself cozy in the chilly weather.
• Guests may be frisked by security.
